Detailed 15 Days Ultimate Uganda Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Transfer to Kampala

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, your safari guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Dinner and overnight in Kampala.


Day 2 – Day 4: Rhinos and Murchison Falls

Drive north to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking, then continue to Murchison Falls National Park. Visit the top of the falls where the Nile plunges 43 meters through a narrow gorge.


Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Walk

After an early breakfast, begin chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest. Spend an hour observing these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for bird watching and monkey sightings.


Day 6 – Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy game drives in the Kasenyi plains and a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, one of the best places in Africa for wildlife viewing.

Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Stop at scenic viewpoints and local villages along the way.

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

After a briefing at the park headquarters, begin your gorilla trekking experience. Spend an unforgettable hour observing a gorilla family in their natural habitat, learning about their behavior and capturing memorable photographs.

Day 10 – Day 15: Culture, Lakes and Departure
